I'm backing up the whole data directory. The backup agent is very good with domino db's. Actually, I found out that the backups weren't even running the last time mail.box was corrupted. Right now we're looking into the compact job. I've read a lot today that doing a compact on a db with corrupt docs can make the db corrupt. We shall see...
